My renovation project started a couple of years ago when Colin, the Strachan designer, spent a long time with me getting my requirements exactly right by producing a fantastic set of drawings which he was happy to adjust and amend to suit my every wish. He worked on three awkward bedrooms with no straight walls, created a beautiful walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom, designed my home office, and the entertainment centre in the lounge. He took into consideration the style and colours to suit my home and my taste. I then had a very small project to design a entrance cloakstand and even this small challenge was of no problem to him. Helen and Melissa were then my points of contact at Strachan. They organised everything to a very professional high standard. Their customer liason was faultless. Even to final snagging list, the after-care service was amazing! I would have no hesitation in recommending Strachan Furniture and staff in the future.

I have no expertise in design, but despite this, Strachan were able to create the perfect bedside table, with a top shelf for the phone and also incorporating a handy drawer and a second shelf below that. Communication by phone and letter (the latter often including sketches or images of the proposed table) were excellent throughout the process.
